Telemetry and monitoring for distributed network estates

Infochannel Systems collects availability, latency and loss metrics from customer equipment, aggregates them into a single pane of glass and pages the on-call team before users notice.

How it works API documentation
99,95 %collection availability target
< 15 сnode polling interval
24 × 7on-call coverage

Active probes

ICMP, TCP-connect and HTTP checks with configurable intervals and alert thresholds.

Metric aggregation

HTTPS metric ingestion, time-series storage, retention and downsampling per customer policy.

Alerting

Rotation-aware escalation, deduplication and maintenance-window suppression.

Event logging

Unified event stream correlated by node, interface and service, exportable to the customer SIEM.

Getting connected

The agent runs on the customer router or server and streams metrics to the collector over a secured channel. No inbound ports are required — the agent opens an outbound TLS session to infochannel.tech. Integration diagrams and sample configurations are in the documentation.

Maintenance and support

Planned maintenance runs between 02:00 and 05:00 CET with 72 hours advance notice. Support is staffed around the clock; the response target for critical incidents is 15 minutes.
